Why is DCPersian.com unable to locate the business I am searching for?
If you are having trouble finding businesses in our directory, try using other keywords related to the business you are looking for to see if that helps you locate the businesses. Also please note that we do not claim to have every Persian listed in our directory, so the business you are looking for may not be listed in our database.

How do I find E-mail addresses, Web Site addresses, fax number or toll free numbers?
Many of our advertisers supply this type of information with their own listings. If this information is provided to us, it will be located next to their business name.

Can I search for a business by address?
Yes, simply enter as much of the address as you know and click on Find.

Is it possible to narrow my search down to a specific state?
Yes it is. Choose a state from the drop-down menu. If you do not select a state, DCPersian.com will search all listings in DC, Maryland , and Virginia by default.

Why is the information on DCPersian.com different than the local Persian yellow pages book?
DCPersian.com is not affiliated with the distributors of the local Persian yellow pages company who is responsible for issuing your local Yellow Pages book. Each Yellow Pages company organizes their information differently (i.e. Category Headings). DCPersian.com has the same category headings across all three states. For this reason, the information might vary slightly.

How do I report an incorrect business listing?
Should you encounter a listing that is incorrect, please click here to contact us so we can fix it. Please select "Yellow Pages Dept." from the drop down menu so that your message gets delivered to the right people.

How often does DCPersian.com update it's business listings?
Incorrect information reported by a user or merchant is updated immediately upon verification. However, we also receive information from a variety of sources, so there are several factors that can contribute to outdated listings. These sources are not affiliated with the local phone companies, or the local Persian Yellow Pages book so items such as new zip codes or area codes, changed or disconnected phone numbers and changes in business name, location or status, can take up to 18 months to update.

 

Are all Persian businesses in the DC area listed in the DCPersian.com directory?
We have several different listing and advertising packages available for businesses to advertise on our web site. Upon the launch of our system, we have a promotional offer to provide a basic listing for all businesses free of charge for a limited time. Businesses may choose or choose not to advertise with us, and for this reason we do not claim to have a complete listing of all Persian businesses in the area.

No, we have only provide online listings, however we aim to assist Persians in the area as much as we can therefore if you have a question, or if you require special assistance you may call us toll free Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM at 1-877-DCP-ONLY (1-877-327-6659) and we will do our best to provide assistance.
